Job Description:

• Facilitate all projects at the direction of Multi Media Director
• Assist in the organization, scheduling, and completion of video productions
• Acquire materials and props as needed
• Maintain and enhance the media center’s presence on the source
• Assist the Director of Internal Communications as needed
• Production Grip
1. Thorough knowledge of all production equipment with emphasis video cameras
2. Create and light video sets at the direction of the producer
3. Lift and carry a minimum of fifty pounds
4. Familiar with Apple OS and Digital Media
5. Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Assistant Videographer and Editor
1. Independent production and taping of video projects as needed
2. Log all source footage for inclusion in video library via Final Cut Server

Administrative Duties

• Create and maintain a digital media library utilizing Final Cut Server
• Assist in the conversion of analog assets to digital
• Maintain the employee photo database, taking new photos as needed
• Record and file all studio expense receipts
• Maintain and reorder video and office supplies
• Maintain the studio’s general filing system

Skills & Requirements:
• Demonstrated skill with video and photographic equipment
• Demonstrate creative ability in graphic design utilizing software tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Pages, and Keynote
• Windows XP, Microsoft Office, MAC OSX proficiency
• Knowledge and compliance of the Silicon Valley Bank’s purchasing order system
• Competent typing skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• General studio organization and upkeep
• Understand and effectively use social media tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and overcome obstacles that may hinder production
• Ability to operate sound reinforcement equipment
• Proficiency with the non-linear editing platform “Final Cut Studio”
• Thorough understanding of the principles of editing
• Understanding of compression techniques with the primary aim of web delivery

We need an experienced Post Production Engineer familiar with Adobe After Effects toolchain to work on a project involving the use of After Effects plugins/Final Cut Pro/Mocha After Effects plugins.

Ideal candidate has worked with HD video footage and use the Adobe Production Premium toolchain to create high quality videos. Experience with tracking using Mocha is an added plus.
